Seeking Next Studio Assistant . . .

The young potter assists Robbie in the daily operations of the Cook on Clay studios including mixing glazes, loading kilns, sanding & cleaning pots after kilns are unloaded, packing & shipping Cook on Clay pots, keeping the studios clean, organized & much more.

Our current assistant, Laura Kyle, is a graduate of the Maine College of Art and has been working with Cook on Clay since April 2010.   She has learned quite alot, given quite alot, and will continue to pursue her life in clay when she leaves Cook on Clay in April 2012.  Visit Laura's blog to read about her experiences & view her soda-fired pots.
